We offer the complete package

From carrying out rental assessments, advertising, finding and vetting suitable tenants, credit checking and submitting bonds to managing the day to day running of the property, including managing maintenance, repairs and improvements, whilst regular inspections and rent reviews are carried out.

We concentrate on the value we can add, whilst taking the hassles away from the day to day running of a property. We have a focus on improving the properties to ensure they are always tenanted. We ensure we minimise the amount of time a property is empty in between tenants, as we understand that every week a property is empty, that rental income can never be recovered.
