Integrated Property Services is founded on my 8 years of experience as a manager and investor, managing multiple properties, and my skill and expertise in property repairs and maintenance, developed over the past 20 years.

My passion for property was born at an early age.  At 15 I built myself a workshop which was later turned into a flat, and after assisting with building two of my own properties and with countless renovations under my belt, my career in property management began to grow.

My solid technical skill set was established by my family, who has a strong trade background in joinery, building and electrics. I also have 19 years experience in the motor industry. Having qualified as an 'A' grade mechanic I worked as a Service Manager, and as After Sales Manager, where I managed two separate service department sites with 34 staff.

Craig Smith - Property Manager

I have been a property manager and property maintenance specialist for Integrated Property Services for over 3 years. I bring a diverse range of skills and experiences to the property management and maintenance field.

As a qualified boat builder, interior and exterior painter and skilled concreter, I have the ability to provide fast and affordable maintenance solutions to investment properties throughout the Wellington Region. I am able to turn my hand to a wide range of practical tasks, including landscaping, minor plumbing and electrical. I can provide innovative ways to fix complex maintenance issues, however big or small. This provides a unique one-stop-shop to the property management experience.

I am highly passionate about the investment property market and I have first hand experience in managing my own rental property. I have a proven ability to deliver high quality results to our clients’ expectations. I am committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. I pride myself in my professionalism and time management to ensure a positive, hassle free experience to our clients.

Andrea Wheatley - Administration/Marketing

I have recently joined the team at Integrated Property Services. I have 17 years of office administration experience combined with a passion for promoting quality services. I have had the privilege of working alongside Chris and have seen how thorough he is with owners and tenants as he conducts his business.

In order to support Chris and Craig to continue offering the personalised service which IPS property pride themselves on, I have come on board in a marketing and administrative support role.
