7.5% plus + GST is charged on all rent collected. This covers all inspections, viewings, callouts, administration & reporting on your property.

All quarterly inspections are carried out free of charge. A photo CD & walk around DVD is charged at $2 per property and a copy is given to the tenant. A copy is also held on our database.

All advertising is passed on at a fixed price. Costs for advertising are not invoiced to the owner until the first weeks rent has been collected.

All maintenance repairs carried out by our inhouse maintenance team are charged out at $45 per hour + GST  plus a small petrol fee.

All maintenance carried out by our team of reliable tradesman, a mark up of 7.5% + GST will be charged up to $1500.00 above that 5% + GST will apply.

No monthly or annual administration fees.

Tenancy Tribunal Court Hearings and Mediation are charged out at $45 per hour + GST.
