Integrated Property Services was born from our personal passion for property. There are many property management companies in Wellington to choose from. Our point of difference is that we are owner operated, small enough to be able to effectively manage all our properties with a high level of service to owners and tenants, yet large enough to have gained the experience needed to meet all your requirements.

 

Whether you have one property or several, we can offer the following services:

Finding and keeping the right tenants. We credit and reference check all applicants.

Carry out regular 3 monthly inspections with a photo CD to tenants and owners at the start and termination of tenancy.

Ensure all rents are paid and are up to date, rent reports are available. We have zero tolerance for rent arrears.

Attending to any maintenance items, quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

24/7 response to emergencies.

Reliable tradesman on call.

Regular communication with owners and tenants. Personalised service to meet your requirements.

Accurate monthly statements issued.

We are a mobile company who are contactable 24/7 and our properties are personally managed between our 2 mobile property managers.

Advertising your property in the newspaper, Trade Me and IPS Property Ltd's website.

Conduct viewings up to 3 times per week or as neccessary.
